Clear communication, teamwork, and high-quality service
Clear communication, teamwork, and high-quality service are important for Kristina in her job. The study administration is regulated by many different rules and regulations, which makes it crucial that the communication with both students and staff is clear and understandable. Clear communication gives the best conditions for good teamwork and high-quality service to both students and staff.
A good working day for Kristina is a day where the spirit is high among colleagues, and she has obtained and shared new knowledge.
Private life
Kristina lives in Kongerslev with her husband Morten, who is a stream keeper, and their three children (Julie (age 14), Josefine (age 12) and Daniel (age 6)). The family loves having the raised bog Lille Vildmose in their backyard, which gives them a lot of interesting nature experiences in their everyday life.
In her spare time, Kristina likes to bake, draw, and paint. Furthermore, she spends a lot of time in the sports arenas all over Northern Jutland as she is a team leader for the U14 girls’ soccer team in Kongerslev where her two daughters play.
